Operational reviews are limited audit plans for the detection of the problems subject to a specific area. For instance consider a company that needs to find out the problems arising in the sales and collection of the payments. We review the operations, business flows, accounting records, files related to this specific area. For this reason we call this service line as ”Operational Reviews”. Operational reviews are subsets of our audit plan. Having a natural instinct for perception of the problems, the managers are often aware of the deficiencies. However, it takes time to detect them.
